2.    Have all your questions asked before buying. If you click the buy it now button, you are legally bound to purchase the product.

3.    Under normal situation a pay pal invoice will be sent within 3 days after the purchase is made. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for payment verification and packaging. Once the payment is cleared we will send out the merchandise. A tracking number will be provided for on-line tracking from our website.

If the merchandise is found defective or unsatisfactory, it can be exchanged within the 1year of the invoice date for In-Store Credit towards a replacement or another product of equal or lesser value, if a replacement is out of stock. Unused/unopened merchandise will be credited with full purchase price. Opened or used will be subject to full credit based on condition of good and condition of packaging Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with original order and exchanges.

We highly recommend professional installation. Improper installation is considered personal damage and cannot be refunded or returned for replacement. Physical damage includes but is not limited to improper handling or the type of damage sustained by irregular usage. Proof of professional installation must be shown to warrant any item purchased from distinct. 

All products are guaranteed and have a full 1year warranty. We will examine each product before shipping to ensure the functionality and quality. If the product is found defective, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returned merchandise must be accompanied with a written form of explanation including the following information:

Returned merchandise will be carefully inspected before issuance of refund, credit or exchange. The merchandise must be returned in the original box with all packing materials, warranty card, manuals, accessories, etc., insured for the full purchase price and shipped via a traceable means. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return. We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning merchandise. Any used self damaged item will be refused and returned at the customer's expense.
